Any of you guys know any good domain registrar that accepts unverified Paypals?

I know godaddy accepts paypal, but I'm verified so I'm not sure if they accept unverified paypals.

GoDaddy doesn't accept unverified. Anyways I found one good registrar located in the UK and when I asked for help they replied in 1hour, they are good, no problems!! And now I have my domain, I'm so happy!! My first TLD ever.
