Curious to know if any of you guys backup your websites on a regular schedule? Recently, my server's hard drive crashed and all of the data was lost. I created my backups on the server (instead of off-site) and only have one very old back-up here with me (along with the original). What is your process for backups? I recommend storing them off site at least once a week, maybe more often.

I think I've learned from my mistake. Anyone know of a good free way to backup remotely or a cheap service at least?

Yeah, I rarely backup my data, and I probably should, but usually the best way to backup your data is to create a shell script to upload your data to another location

I use DriveHQ to store my backup data
When making cPanel Full backups, I make it to transfer the backup to my DriveHQ account.

No joke, they give you 1GB free for Backups.

It is very easy to backup local files mate,
I find it very peinful to backup my cPanel accounts I have a lot of websites and possibly cannot do Daily Backup.

Are there any automated cPanel Backup makers ??

I haven't manually backuped in months, because my hosting says they do it every week.
