I design all my layouts in Photoshop. Then I slice them and code either by using Dreamweaver for some issues or Crimson Editor for the core coding. I upload my sites using Total Commander, even if there are specialized programs for it. The FTP option in TC is enough for me to do my job. And all my browsing is done on Firefox; I use IE to test some pages and get angry because of the differences in displaying the design :D

I hand-code in Notepad, and use MS Paint and Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0 for my graphics.

MS Paint? Wow, you are a true pioneer. Have you heard of Paint.NET?

I haven't heard of Paint.NET, but I went to paint.net and they seem to sell real paint.

I use Macromedia Dreamweaver (the text version) for coding and Adobe Photoshop for the design part. :)

Lately, I've had to work in Cold Fusion and ASP, and have found Crimson Editor to be a nice environment. For images, I usually use either MS Paint or GIMP.

Wow, it's been a while since I last posted, sorry about that.

I find that MS Paint is easier to use in some aspects as opposed to Photoshop. The latter, of course, has more features, but I use both in conjunction with each other.

I find GIMP very hard to use. I have it at school, and I have no idea how to use it. Is Crimson Editor available online to download?

I basically just started designing and I'm really inexperienced in Photoshop, so I haven't done much in there. When I learn a little bit from tutorials I'll use that more often. For the coding I use Dreamweaver. Over time I'll switch over to Notepad though.
