Hi Guys

i need some help with a project, i am offering 75$ for the service but willing to double it if i get it done to a high standard and get it done quickly,

here are the details

i have two surveys in pdf and i need them to be converted to a interactive versions ..ie on VB.net using form or in any other language provided that i works, i will need the results to be displayed at the end and saved to a DB or text file or anything... i need this to be completed if possible before Friday, i will need a good system with your own examples, so i can evaluate it. i will do the final version myself and use your code and fill in my own questions. all replies really appreciated.

Hell, I can do this in ten minutes, and have it upload the results to your server!
