How many of you have had to take a course on manners and etiquette while in high school? When we went this was a required course.

Never had to take a course although I read about it one of my college classes.

lol I would never take that. It would take up the space of something much more important, and you know how I feel about wasting important space and the whatnot.

That's a fairly recent (and stupid) invention. Basicly, the schools are trying to make up for parents failing to teach their kids these things at home. There's a LOT of other stupid nonsense going on in the schools that wasn't there when I was in school. (I taught High School last year, very frightening experience).

The honors students are pretty easy to work with. I had a regular CP student who RESENTED being told that he was going to have to take calculus for his major, and that trig was not going to be optional knowledge.
