I do visit other forums on programming..because..I don't want to be "lazy" or "closeminded" ..There may be other ideas out there just as potent!

I regularly visit a french website that has tutorials and a forum about programming and all subjects related to computers. On that website, I learned loads about xHTML, CSS, PHP and C programming, and no basic skills are required (except reading and typing :) ). It now has a newly opened English version, http://newbiesparadise.com/, and they've translated the "How to design your website" tutorial, a friendly way to learn how to use xHTML and CSS . Members can also write their own tutorials and help/be helped on the forum.
