I agree ..The first series was the best..I really don't care for Simon's remarks..although; I would say he has polished up a little bit on his manners.

It's not as good as it use to be..I think the judges are getting ruder if you ask me.. American Idol ..sometimes makes others look like American Idiots:(

Well..let's see..what do you mean by mind trap.. This is a show that embraces all of America and gives the opportunity of a lifetime for one winning contestant..Why don't you like American Idol..Why do you refer it to a "mind trap"?

You know Half Slice there are many things that are a waste of time..It depends more on your use of them..Like the internet can be a waste of time..if the time is spent on sites of frivolity. Tv can be an instrument of good..
