I use tiptopwebsite.com too..but not with a www. etc. It is great..there is so much you can do with it..It's so simple that even a kindergardener can do it..but some of the more professional techs use it too!!

Glad you can use tiptopwebsite..there is another free webpage builder for the less experience ..it is The Express Page

I haven't used it lately but have in the past..
