Sick of those annoying items that run on the startup? follow these simple steps and you wont have a problem with them.

Go to "Start"->"Run"
Type "msconfig" and press enter.
You will get a new window "System Configuration Utility". There you
select the "sartup" tab. This page shows all the programs which are
initiated during machine boot-up.
The programs you want to remove, deselect them.
Press "Apply" and "Ok".

Restart your machine.
That's it.
