Maybe they are the founders of php, can be as php.com refers to Parents helping program and .net will be the second choice. And the site looks like that. And gives a nice introduction for php as well.

There is only one founder of PHP, though I wouldn't be surprised if he's active on www.php.net. It's the official PHP website with almost anything you need to know including functions and tutorials (I think), and if you didn't know about it before starting PHP, it's kind of scary :P.
