I know after I pass several hours on my computer..my eyes hurt quite a bit. I wonder if there is a certain setting on the computer..that would make it better for the eyes?

You basically can adjust the brightness and the contrast to avoid this issue a little. but not completely.

You could avoid to stare at the monitor, and blink your eyes every now and then, mine don't hurt.

Yea I agree with Tcm9669, it's always better to have frequent breaks while using PC for long time.

Breaks are definitely better, and I'd say cheaper than getting that cooling thing.
