Let's take Games for an example,
when we are kids, some games looked like great and now they are nothing.
The same will happen in a couple of years guys, Everything is being updated.

When and if this happens will programmers have to go back to school and learn new methods? Wow.

What else can they do ? That's the worst thing with Programmers. as Programmers become outdated much faster than many others.

You can do programming as a hobby, and if you become a pro, either you must learn everyday or you must find another job.

None of the webmasters get on with HTML these days. Everybody likes to move on to the XML and so.

Though most of the people consider as it's a major issue, it will become familiar in days. The future generation will be studying this under evolution. As we all do the Machine Language thesedays.

I found it interesting that the copyright on this is September 2002. With that said, how much dropoff in HTML have people seen over the last four years?
Programming is a branch of mathematics.
