And who is this friend of yours? Did he publish this tutorial on other websites/forums?

I have also seen this tutorial at the old version of Core-Fusion v2.... It has been removed since the update though so I cannot supply a direct link!

Very simple and effective too. But I get the font bad when making the Image smaller in size. That's a matter for me.

I'm new to photoshop...somewhat! I know a few tools, but not the tricks to make dazzling signature images. This tutorial is okay (useful for someone who knows nothing about photoshop) but all I see shown is a copy/paste and a gradient feature. I'm looking at the final image on your tut and I see transparent diagonal lines.

How do I go about adding that into a user bar? :[ And why wasn't this included in the tutorial!? On another note, how (or where) do I make/find that cute 1px text thats most common on these user bars?

Please help me out if you can. If not, I'll just spend a half hour on google trying to figure it out...mmm I'll most likely do that anyways.

So that's how people make userbars, I'd always wondered about that. But I'm sure there are other methods, because I see a lot of people have them but I'm sure tehy don't know how to do that.

The Diagonal Lines arent instructed in the tutorials... seems fake to me.
