Haahhaa this thing is another Rip off from Google.
Internet Speeds are limited by your bandwidth and not your OS Configuration.Bandwidth is inturn controlled by your ISP so don't meddle with QOS it is a necessary feature for optimizing web performance

To anyone who doesn't know what is coming into play here.

Note 1: QoS = Quality of Service, essentially once applied to a network connection, it shall prioritize internal packet scheduling to speed things up a little. You'll notice QoS settings often in Routers, as it's more useful in a route/switch environment.

It won't speed external connections, only force Windows to reprioritize the scheduling of packets and that it sends out, this may be useful in online games on some small scenarios but nothing more.

Note 2: gpedit.msc is only available for Windows XP Professional edition, not the Home or Media center editions.

All new problems require investigation, and so if errors are problems, try to learn as much as you can and report back.

This mod just stops your PC limiting its internet usage it doesn't actually make the internet faster it just makes sure your computer is using all of it.

Please, write clearly with proper structure. Double spacing makes the text feel un-jointed, Capitalizing Every Word Means People Stop Before Every Word Sub-Consciously Which Is A Pain In The Backside, and use code tags! (The right most styling box).
