Is there any way to find whether I have done SEO ok,
Like a tester or something online. If you know, please tell me guys as I have no Idea of my site's SEO.

WOW inbelievable, I got 90% first and I did some modifications and now I get 100%.
I can't believe it.

If it says things correct only,
And anyway it really looks a bit pro than other tools I have seen.

Yeah but I have just started this website and I don't think I have to tell my PR here, Anyway it is 0 and I'm not afraid of it and I think I can make it higher, maybe later.
