I started with Basic as well and then moved to HTML. Once I learned HTML well I started doing Perl Programming and then managed to get myself into PHP. I wanted to create desktop applications so I read a ANSI C++ book and a Linux GNU C++ book. From there I didn't really do much with C++ and got into Visual Basic 6.0 where I created a software business and several software titles. After that I started using C++ again and have now started using C# as well.

I started with VisualBasic for no particular reason, since I never used it I forgot it. I then started making websites websites with an online WYSIWYG (homestead). After my WYSIWYG days I started stealing peoples source code to make my own websites and very soon after I started PHP. Last summer I started learning C++ but I didnt make it that far because I was interrupted with college. Finally last semester in college I learned Java.

Have you all master these languages? I have just studied a little C++, HTML, and Java. I wish I could know so much!
