Has anyone ever won something at Ebay on the auction, paid and then
not received the item?

I had that happen several times..and then after I reported it Ebay
the person was not longer there. They simply took down their listing and
I was out of money and no product!

I had something like that happen to me before..Matter of fact, I called the person up and he kept saying the item was on the way. It was on the way but not on the way to my house:(

Well I usually make sure they have a good ranking. And I read all the negative feedback before I buy on Ebay

No matter how a system is safe people will still try to find a glitch how to escape from it!

That's fraud guys. And people can rob others this way and get lost and never come back. Now, I have to think twice before going to eBay.

Ebay can be nice; please don't think that way. You just have to be certain who you are dealing with..Lot's of people pretending to be something other then what they are!

I had that happen too.."little" and I simply called up the seller.. Most time tey will get a move on sending an item. I have found, though, that not always!

I think that's why they have the number next to their name in Ebay..Their percentage tells you their trustworthiness.. I usually look for those who have 100 percent and if not that at least 98 percent..Since, everyone has a mishap once in awhile.

Yes me too! I look for Ebay Stores and people with at least 95%.. Don't want to risk too much!

When you sell an item on ebay u hav to giv the minimum price to bid , if the amount bid was less then you dont hav to sell you hav right to recover ,so I sudjest any one who want to buy the stuffs on ebay had better contact seller personally by email to make sure

I heard about a person who got a really good rep over 2 years, then sold loads of stuff he didn't have. To top it off, he mailed the buyers boxes of junk so he could prove he mailed the promised item - because of his rep, it was his word against others...

The one time I have bought something off eBay, I was satisfied - it arrived within a week in good promised condition.
