All-in-one will do great things for startup companies, and cut costs to larger corporations. But is this really the way to go?

I don't think an all-in-one package is what we need. I'm against having the same company/software control my security.

This may be a good thing! One software package and you have it all. It will be very simple for new users and probably more effective.

People are focusing too much on security. Individual users don't need to worry too much, only businesses. You don't even really need a Firewall, I turn mine off everyday (because with it on, Firefox doesn't work. That's pretty stupid...) and I'm always fine.

I don't have a firewall anywhere on my network and I accept inbound connections from the outside. I've never had a problem and if I do there will be nothing that harmful done. The only security the average user needs at home, IMO, is Virus Protection.

Well an individual user might have important data too on his PC! that if he doesn't protect it might be a financial or anything else failure! he might be on a big project so he need to protect it, I think that security is important to have, but not too fuss about it! Just an Anti-Virus and Anti-Spyware would do just fine!

Why is it Jordon, that you don't think a firewall is necessary..Doesn't a firewall prevent people from breaking and entering into your computer. I know when mine is not on windows security pops up and warns of imminent danger.

Firewalls do not block all malicious acts. So run jus tlike a program that you have given access to your PC

They don't block all but always help :)
Its like an Anti-spyware it doesn't detect all spywares but you still install one because it helps!

I think can neve have too much protection on your computer..Too many viruses and hackers and other computer hazard lurking.
