Which one is the good server scripting lang?

For web or for shell account? For Linux or Windows?

I'd say PHP for Web, of the choices above, XML, JSP, CSS and AJAX - I think only JSP is. Perl is a good scripting language too.

How come you always make your titles "Need a Help"? Its funny, I always know it is you before I even click it :)
