Does anybody knows a good site to flash my mobile? and then 're-install' its 'os'? and where can i find the mobile 'os' (I dont know what its called) ?

No No, for my Mobile! ( Cellphone ) once I found on the internet that this was possible but I lost the site.. so any suggestions?
