Ok so I know there is a ton of spyware and ads and lots of stuff out there.
What is your favorite program to use to stop it or remove it?

Yeah I use those too! nothing else! I used to use others but they were eating up my CPU usage and get it over-heated!!

For PCs that I try to keep clean if they have Windows XP I tend to install Windows Defender. So far all the individuals I've computers I've installed it on like it, so I've been sticking with it.

I don't like that it messed up my PC once! Now I added AVG Anti-Spyware PRO to my favorite list I just downloaded it like 30mins ago scanned my PC and found 16 threats! I like it and no RAM/CPU overloading problems :)
