What about the newest versions of the .NET? Later than the Version 2003? What about 2005, 2006, or 2008?

So it only works for v2.0 of the .NET Framework? In that case, you need to install 2.0 as well as whatever version you use. It's a good idea to keep all the different versions installed, as different programs use different versions. In future, though, it's best to stick to 3.5, to keep things easier.
