What browser is the most used browser? Would it be IE or FF or some other browser? I'd like to know so I can view my website in that browser while developing.

IE 6 is the most used browser, but developing for only one browser is bad practice, especially with IE 7 just around the corner, and gaining marketshare of FF

The most used browser is still Internet Explorer but when talking about good or bad,
Firefox is a lot better than Internet explorer and I like it personally than IE and there are rumors that using IE is no more safe than Firefox.

What about netscape or the aol browser..I know oodles of people that are using these browsers..Matter of fact, though it is disabled now, my computer was aol optimized ..Everything was aol ..the browswer too...but I figured out how to silence that and revert back to the windows and IE

Yes I agree that IE has the lead no questions ask..Every computer is made with it on it.

Is still IE - why? because is default ( by windows ). 2st is firefox and is best...

Well the only disadvantage of FireFox is that Windows have IE as their default Internet Browser, so it's harder for FireFox to be used on Windows! And the advantage is that it is Default on Linux! ( Not sure if it is on all Linux version )
But IE used to download many Spywares and ActiveX so I just don't use it!
