A Colleague of mine was using Microsoft's help to figure out if a CD-Drive was bad. This is the last screen:

Even funnier is that when you choose the ONE RADIO BUTTON (why would anyone choose that??? then click NEXT (LOL) it brings up another screen that says...... wait this is too much!

"Thank you for using Microsoft troubleshooter."

AND

gives you the options to FINISH, GO BACK (WHY!??) or START OVER........:eek:

I need a tissue, this is killing me! :D

Very funny, way to go Microsoft! I don't understand why they would even have this radio box either. What did the "next" page say?

Microsoft Help is decent for solving the basic problems. It's something that I would thell my mom to open if I'm unable to make it to her computer.

However, when I use their help, it's only after I've already tried everything that I can think of. In these cases, their help is absolutely
worthless.
