So, I just down loaded IE 7. and I gotta say... I'm not that happy with it!! It seems like it's trying TOO hard... too many bells, whistles and warnings!
Anyone else try it yet?

I've tried it, and while it's better than IE6, It's not as nice as Firefox. It's still slower than Firefox, and it's rendering engine still sucks.

Yes, tried it and prefer FF as well. Rendering is horrible in it and it often crashed for me.

...and its not much better than the previous version. Everything is a bit faster, but I still find it to be slower than Firefox.

Well I completely un installed Internet Explorer from my system!! it kept downloading spyware etc! now I use Firefox and Netscape

Why would I get IE7 when there is FF2? That's the question I'm asking, to myself.

I think it's okay, but here's a little coincidence about the spell check thing. One time I thought how I liked how on the Internet, none of those red lines came up when typing, like in Word, then I get FF2 and that happens! At first I was pissed but now I'm getting used to it.

I was trying to fix IE on my Dad's PC. But for some reason it just would not install. I would be at the Extracting files for like 20 min. So i gave up...
