My friend is running Linux and doesn't have the internet. He called and asked if I would download Linux Codecs for him to play videos he has been downloading. I think he needs divx or xvid, maybe ac3. Anyone know where I can download these so that his movies will run?

There are many different ones for different players. If you ccould provide us with the programs name and his linux version...

He is using Redhat - not sure which version with the Kaffeine player. Is there better players?
