Not exactly sure about the location, but it will be in one of the three places listed on the advertise page. :)

Looking at the price, I'd say you'll get a text link on the footer, but you may get lucky.

EDIT: Generally one year is the smallest amount of time you can register a domain, so one year is a good guess.

originally, in the default skin, you would get a link at the top near the announcments. Now that the new skin will come out it will probably change to 1 month on the forum home only (in the links section) and the price be reduced to 300.

The domain registration is for 1 year registered in your name. Basically, the domain name is just paid for.
