Yes, and its clearly a link with an Affiliate and I am not going to use it. I find all the Open source web designs at Open Source Web Design- Download free web design templates and I recommend this to anyone.

They have a large database of templates and all for free.

Why don't you all try out Free Website Templates, Free Photoshop Web Templates, Website Design and its free templates for your sites.

Thank you lol for reminding me of that site. As they have changed their layout, I missed the free templates section and thought they are not offering for free anymore. Only now I saw it again. Thank you very much for it. :)
