I'm studying to get these two certifcations from CompTIA. I think they will help me get a job faster and better pay. I know the tests will be difficult but worth the time and study it will take.

Anyone gotten either of these certs?

I've gotten my A+ a couple of years back but haven't received any more CompTIA certs. I plan on getting my Network+, Security+ and Linux+ one of these days though.

I'm studying for a Network certification, I guess I should get a security one too. Not too interested in Linux though.

Well, they can't hurt and the knowledge you gain will be great so why would you not get it?

I've went ahead and ordered some material. I'm going to get these certifications. Can't hurt!

It seems like so many people are trying to get these certifications. Won't the jobs for these fields like run out?

IT is the largest expanding job field so probably not for a while.
