Do you use P2P software to download mp3 and DVDs? or you are against this?

Limewire, but then my friend gave me this link to get Limewire Pro, so I have Limewire Pro. My dad paid like $20 one-time to get this other kind of P2P, safe-share, but you can also download like $500 programs (like Flash) on it, so it's exactly like other P2Ps except you have to pay and there's less stuff. I don't use it.

If you're going to use any type of P2P software you've got to be very careful about the malware that comes with the files you're downloading. They are not always infected but it's a very common way for malware to end on your computer. :(

Thats one of the advantages of bittorrent, if a download has anything wrong with it, it will quickly get nuked, i've been using torrents for nearly 2 years and have never managed to get any virus/adware etc from it

Not at all, with other P2P software, everyone downloads off one single source, so if that source is infected, everyone gets it and there's no way of knowing until its been downloaded.
With torrents, if a file is compromised, the torrent will be nuked and the seeders will quickly drop off making it impossible to download
