Several customers have begun to ask where their CDs are and whether they will get a CD/Boxed software product after their orders. I keep tell them no and have the Q/A in a FAQ that is on the website. I've even went as far as putting it in the email the user receives upon purchase.
One guy wanted a full refund when he found out there was no CD! Is it worth it to put your product on a CD, even if it is just you burning a CD and making a label? Will people really buy it that much more?
Anyone have the same problems?

HA HA! I can't believe they're doing that! Personally, I wouldn't buy your product if I had to wait for a CD. I want to get it immediately. Trust me, you might gain some sales by doing the CD thing, but you'd lose a whole lot more.
