I'm often needing a counter or timer for the things I do and I usually only have my cellphone on me. I'd like to create a counter applications and put it on my phone. I have these questions though:

What language?
How do I get it on my phone?
How do I run it?

I have an LG 9800.

After you develop your applet transfer it by IR/Bluetooth/GPRS ( only if your mobile accepts to download games )
