Heh, I prefer battlefield 2! Cracking FPS, graphics and online play!
Looks a lot better on my friends TFT widescreen monitor however...

Battlefield 2 huh? I may give it a try. Are there still a lot of online playing for that game?

Yes, has a cult following online plenty of servers online! Not sure if theres a demo version but I would definately try it out/reccomend it! I don't play but I have at a friends house.

I've played both games and BF2 is the better of the two IMO. But yes, quake 3 is still being played online. I have a friend who plays it almost every day.

I've heard of it, but have no idea how it looks or what the storyline is. I know it's supposed to be a great game, though, along the lines of Doom.

I'm lucky enough to play Quake 3 with my wife.

Wow, that must be really great. I'd like to marry someone who liked video games, and since today's youth are so into them, I don't think it will be that hard.

Sometimes I think she's humoring me, but she's getting pretty good at it. We play capture the flag together against the computer and do well. She also rocks at chess.
There's a growing number of women who are both playing and designing video games, now, so you can probably find one if you look hard enough. It's ok to have different interests, though. Trust me, my wife and I do NOT have everything in common. (she likes history and English, I'm into math and programming, but we both love sci-fi)

I've noticed that women seem to lean toward English and History, while men like math more. Of course, I know a lot of people who don't like any of that stuff.

There's a quake 4? I should probably try playing this game sometime, I've heard so many good things about it.
