What software do you use when it comes to designing websites?
I started a few years ago with the easy webcreator, then moved on to dreamweaver and the plain HTML kit
what do you use ?

hmm. I use VIM and Notepad to do most of my HTML work. I have used dreamweaver though. It is nice but it creates very odd HTML code and really frustrates me sometimes.

I use dreamweaver. I'm not that good at HTML or graphics so I usually buy templates and then modify them.

I tend to use dreamweaver and photoshop similair to M.Jordan.
Usually to save time on my designs I modify a design from oswd.org - great link for good templates!
I tend to modify/hack rather than innovate, although I do produce custom templates if it is required of me.

I generally use Dreamweaver to code, never for design though, it does an horrible!! job for those type of things. Also sometimes when I'm not at home I just use notepad to fix and add small things.

I don't really use a program anymore, unless you count Notepad, which is what I've been using from the start.

dreamweaver 8, the code it produces is a lot less bloated now than previous versions and handles CSS much better now as well

I always use
PhotoImpact 10 = design
Notepade = code
Microsoft FrontPage = Java codes, and other small stuff.

I'm going to try to start using Dreamweaver more often, since it is the greatest web design program. But I ran out of the free trial! Looks like I'll have to find a way around that.
