How can I remove my program/application from P2P networks such as EDonkey or LimeWare? I'd like to report them somewhere if possible.

heres the thing. You cant. No one can. There is no central server p2p networks, so there is NO control over the content of these networks. As well, note that LimeWire isnt a network, its just a fancy way to use an existing network.

You could always join them and post shareware versions of your software on the networks. This could actually get you sales and free advertisement. I wouldn't reference anything that says it is shareware since these guys are probably looking for the full version.
I know the music industry did this by adding songs that play for about 20 seconds then BLEEP. They started doing this with most new songs and I'd imagine it works fairly well.

So basically, there is nothing I can do to prevent this? At least the versions listed on these networks are old.

Joining them sounds like a good idea! Even a promotional idea. I wonder how many people would download your program..... hmm... I may try this.

Yeah, was going to say you can't. People upload the stuff, and you can't stop them. But Jordan, that's a good idea for promotion, but I think it would still be hard for people to find it just because you upload it.
