I was just looking at a long list of forum posting companies and you were one of them. However, that "Starter" package you offer, which is $4 for 10 posts, that's a ripoff. That's $0.40 a post! Come on man, come on.

Well, I am no longer the owner as I sold the site for a considerable sum of money, but the start package was so expensive, so clients realised the more they spent, the better value for money they got.

How much business did you get doing this? Did you get enough not to work a traditional job?

Makes sense. Well... umm... how much did you sell it for? Come on, we're all humans here, I'm not going to tell anyone. I'm so curious! Was it over $500? Over $1000? Just tell me that.

Looks like it was $2000

That surprises me! I would of thought for that amount you would have been better starting your own site with a healthy marketing campaign...

In my opinion that was way overpriced. Wepay-YouPost isn't even that popular of a posting business. I don't see how the purchaser could make more than what he bought it for.

I agree DevilsCharm, the revenue would have required a lot of work, and the domain/site design wasn't brilliant.

Amazing the junk that sells on these webmaster forums.

Wow, I can't believe that sold for $2,000. That is very high-priced for a no-name service.

I doubt he sold it for $2k.. sounds like he is just talking himself up ;)
You never know though, some people have money to waste on unprofitable websites.

Yeah, $2,000 seems for a lot since the business is fairly new and I'm sure they do not have a lot of forums paying them, but I think it is a neat idea and has potential, for those new forums trying to get up with the big boys! And those forums that just need a couple more thousand posts to be on big-boards.com
