Not bad. I like it because it is nice and clean. Very easy to navigate, no ads or popups.

It's a paid to post company. I have to say, it doesn't look as good as all the other paid to post sites I've seen, but it's still okay. I don't think it's a good name though, these kind of businesses should be focused on the client, not the employees.
