Inline vs code behind

How do you feel about inline coding vs code behind?
In ASP.Net Im talking about, hope this is the right place to post this!

I prefer code behing as its easier to edit your code and makes things much neater and OOP based.

Its all about how you use it, still i like code behind as long as it does not get me a performance issue.
