I have at least a 64mb video card (not sure really since I only got my pc from my cousin and never bothered to ask but my games work...), I like games that let you develop your city/country to reach the top...

You can always search online for the latest games. If you want online games, which are usually 3D and have great gameplay then there are lots to choose from. Search for the MMORPG games, which World of Warcraft is included.

If you want offline PC games and you like city building, look for this company, Impression Games under Sierra Company. I have played many of their city-building games. Try also Sims2, I love playing it.

You like building strategy games (war based building) or building city games?

You could always try C&C (Command and Conquer). Those are awesome games.

The new Morrowind is out but I'd say you need more than 512mb ram to play it well.

The MMO market is pretty stagnant right now. It seems like most of the games are trying to emulate WOW. WOW isn't a bad game, there are very few bugs for an MMO. It's very polished, but the endgame content gets tedious real quick. You need a guild to access all the content.

There are a few interesting ones coming out in a few months. Pirates of the Burning Sea looks interesting. Eve Online might be one to take a look at. It's Sci-Fi but has a pretty steep learning curve. All the players are on one server cluster so it's always filled with players which is good.

World of Warcraft is great, but you have to play it a lot before you actually start having a lot of fun. My friend kept wanting me to get it, but I didn't want to, because I'd only be able to play it at my dad's and I'm not there that much and I want to use the time I have there wisely.

Soldat! It's free, fast, violent, action-packed, and you can fly! You have jet boots, it's awesome. Oh, and you can throw grenades. Yep, grenades.
