I have searched the net for a GMT - London Atomic clock server with IP
address but I can not find one.
I have found them for every country but England, can anyone please help me?

I am trying to write a VB app to sych my Pentablet when connected to the
net.

Have you tried google search for England? There has to be a server other there. You could always sync with a US Server and then add the extra time to get London Time.

Yes, there is no reason why you cant manually add the +/- sign from GMT is there?

Im not sure what your project is, but I would have thought this is possible.
