I like the apress "Pro C# 2005 and the .NET 2.0 Platform" platform but it is for more advanced users.

I like Programmer to Programmer series on C#

The "Beginning C#" was exceptionally easy to follow and learn from.

I couldn't find the programmer to programmer series on amazon.com. Does amazon sell the series?
