Well as you might have read I am trying to share internet over bluetooth, and I did make a pan (Personal Area Network) Via bluesoleil but and they are connected but the only problem is that my PC is not giving a gateway IP to the laptop! And I think that is the problem, but now here is the problem what gateway IP should I give to my laptop? I have no idea about this things, I know how to set it up, but I don't know what gateway IP should I write in. So I took a screenshot from my laptop and uploaded it here just for your reference. The bluetooth PAN is named local area connection 3, and as you can see from ipconfig there is no gateway, the other connection is the wifi connection which is working fine.. you might say what's the point of this? well simple, this wifi connection is not mine and it's quite weak.

Set a gateway using "192.168.0.1". You can do this manually. You may also need to set your DNS addresses. You can't see it on your screen but type ipconfig /all to find that information.
Yes thanks. The only problem was the DNS, not the gateway. I discovered that after a few hours of posting this thread and i forgot to update it.
