I've owned a Dell Inspiron Mini 10v netbook previously and I don't particularly like it, the touchpad was weird and figity to use, the keyboard was OK but I didn't particularly like typing on it. Dell have released a new version of the Mini 10v renamed as Inspiron 10, which has a new casing design and similar but new keyboard design, with a somewhat better touchpad as far as I can tell. Still, eitherway I don't recommend the Dell Inspiron Mini netbook(s) whatsoever.
I've seen and used a Toshiba NB200 and the keyboard was nice to use; as it had isolated keys - a large spacious touchpad. Although for some reason if you did any medium to big tasks the cursor would not move for a split second even though you're moving your finger on the touchpad. Mind you, I had a refurbished model so that issue can have been fixed by now. Either way, Toshiba have released a new model, and I'm sure it shouldn't have the same issue I had (but I can't guarantee that, obviously). The new Toshiba model is named by NB305, and it has the familiar awesome isolated key-style keyboard and large spacious touchpad. It's an attractive option, imo.
Another netbook I've seen (but not particularly used), I'm just giving you options here - is the EeePC 1201HA (see here or here if you live in UK). I love the fact that it has an isolated-style keyboard like the Toshiba has, but the only thing is that it's actually a 12" screen.
Hope I've helped.
