I didn't even know it was released. I switched to Chrome several months back. I have to say, the 3.5 public betas were very disappointing.

It broke a few of my extensions, but not the important ones. I like it.

I have 20-30 extensions installed. MeasureIt was the only one I really miss, but I don't use it much.

    Re: Firefox 3.5

I can't really tell a difference between the Beta version and prior stable version to this version. Switching between tabs is still sluggish and opening enough tabs will cause the entire browser to hang. Couple that with a slow Internet connection and I'm hung between tabs more often than not.

Load time does seem significantly improved although it is still slower than Chrome.

Memory usage has been reduce. One tab with CodeCall loaded only used 60Mb to start but then spiked up to 93Mb after 20-30 seconds. Loading another tab and then loading google the MB usage dropped back to 70Mb. I'm not sure what is going on here?

It was my understanding that FireFox would adopt (copy) the Chrome idea of having each tab as a unique process. I see no evidence of that via the Task Manager or the way the tabs still hang.

    I suppose I'm just a Chrome Fanboy.

Tabs as independent processes is the one Chrome feature I love. Unfortunately, I am seriously addicted to my FF plugins.

Yeah, I feel same as WP, the extensions make me so happy, my web browsing experience wouldn't be the same without them !
