Just sign up for a blog on WordPress or Blogspot, buy a domain name and redirect it to your blog.

For a cheap domain you can buy a .info domain.. and you can get a free hosting and a free php script too... search google for PHP gallery or something like that.. then just upload to your free hosting and you have a website for under $2 (for the .info)

I have cPanel with Fantastico, it allows one-click installation of a PHP image gallery.

Over here, it is cheaper to buy a .co.uk domain than a .info one.

MAybe you can go to Flickr, or Friendster, Or Make your own blog.
