I was in target today and happened by the Sony Digital e-Reader system (Found here: Amazon.com: Sony PRS-505 Portable Digital e-Reader System (Silver): Electronics). It was slick and, unlike the Amazon Kindle, supports PDF, TXT, DOC and RTF formats. It was small enough to be portable and the text was formatted in a way that it wouldn't hurt your eyes when reading for extended times.
The only problem is my favorite books aren't in electronic format. I came home and did a quick search on Google, Amazon and the Sony Electronic Book store but I couldn't find most of my favorite fantasy authors.
I'm curious if anyone has an electronic book reader and what they think of it? Anyone have the SONY PRS 505 above or the Amazon Kindle? Do you know of any place to find electronic books?
I know a really good illegal site full of electronic books if you would like it? I use it for mine, but remember it is illegal!

You forget, he was a n00b with only three months of experience/learning in programming. He left to educate himself was my understanding.
