PC gets stuck on keyboard key press

Hello all, i have an anusual problem with a PC. When I press any of the keyboard keys the pc does not respond at all. After I release the key everything gets back to normal but as the key remains presed there is that unpleasant problem. Do you have any idea of how to solve this?

Sounds like you have a bad keyboard, just replace it. Keyboards are cheap now ($20 or less).

I did that, I tested 3 different keyboards but non of them worked properly.

Hmm, I reread your initial thread but I'm not sure I understand. You state that you press a key but nothing happens but the next sentence states that the key you pressed repeats. Perhaps I read it wrong but I thought your problems was pressing a key and it remained such as ssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss.

Maybe the connection is faulty? Maybe you have bad fingers?

I know. Is the keyboard wireless? I have that is you move too far away/at an angle.

If the computer is freezing when you type anything, it could potentially be a driver problem. Try rolling back any drivers you installed, or re-installing them via the Device Manager in Windows.
