I'm sure there is some software around that can easily do this for you, or I suppose you could code it yourself, but it seems unnecessary.

Is this a rage of war! Well, i agree with you mr. programmer. That's what i'm looking forward in here more concrete advise and help. But nothing bad for you binary language guy cause your suggestion is helping also. make peace not war men!!

The first thing you need to do if you want to make a program such as this is to identify all the possible "attack vectors".

Literally make a list of all the ways one can bypass filters and blockers such as these. I know of plenty of ways, and their will always be a way. However if you block the popular ones it will defenitly reduce the number of bypasses.

If you want to block Games on a Workstation i already made a program,
