SPL to BMP and BMP to SPL

Does anyone have a program that changes .spl to .bmp and .bmp to .spl plz i have looked for a week n cant find one.

I don't know what .spl files are, and cannot find them on wikipedia, what are they?

they say shockwave flash object when u go over file but its a game file for the different stances n the file is .spl not may people have a converter most people create there own n i have no clue how to do so.. if u want a file i can upload one!
