Error installing plugins from software update

Hey I use eclipse europa for programming, when I go to the help menu->software updates->find and install I get a message that says "Error retrieving feature.xml. error in opening zip file."

I don't use eclipse, but Google led me here Error retrieving feature.xml in Eclipse--Using Software Updates and then Find and install | EasyWMS
